Beginners courses
Our beginners courses are suitable for people with little or no experience in the beauty industry. They are fully accredited with The Beauty Guild which will allow you to obtain professional beauty insurance and begin earning as soon as you are qualified.
Advanced & Workshops
Our fully accredited advanced courses are for those who are already qualified in certain treatments wanting to expand their treatment range and learn a new skill. The refresher workshops are suitable for those who are already qualified and wish to improve and refresh their knowledge, keeping up to date with the latest industry trends. Our advanced courses have specific entry requirements. Upon booking you must send proof of prior qualification needed to complete the advanced course. Your booking will be cancelled if you cannot provide evidence.
evening courses
We now offer evening courses during the week from 5pm for anyone who cannot attend courses throughout the day. The training days will be split up into the relevant amount of evenings instead. Please contact us directly to enquire about evening courses.
starter kits
Most of our courses include starter kits within the price advertised. If a starter kit is not included, all products and equipment will be provided by us for you to use on the day.
models and patch testing
Most of our courses require a model to attend during the day so you can complete the treatment under my supervision with my advice and guidance. Beauty Training South West cannot arrange models for students, this is the students responsibility.
Depending on the treatment you are training in, your models may be required to book and attend a patch test at least 1 week before the course date. This is the students responsibility to arrange, patch tests are non-negotiable and the model cannot attend the training day without a patch test.

1-2-1 or Small Group
Course prices vary depending on if you chose to train within a small group setting or on your own. Small groups are no more than 2 students and all of our courses can be completed as a 1-2-1. This allows you to have your educator exclusively throughout the practical day and is a more flexible option with booking dates to suit. It is important for us that you feel comfortable, confident and get the absolute most from your day.
Upcoming course dates advertised are priced as group training days. If you cannot see a date suitable for you, please contact us to discuss available dates for training for group or 1-2-1 courses!
online theory
All of our courses are intensive short courses which require theory to be completed and passed in full online before the practical training day session. Once your payment has been received you will be signed up and a link will be sent to you from The Beauty Guild allowing you to access your online theory. The theory consists of a number of modules with multiple choice exams at the end.
An enrolment theory fee of £25 is required and payable directly to The Beauty Guild. Please note, package courses mean you are signed up for more than one qualification, so there will be multiple theory to complete and pay for separately.

Course bookings can be booked and paid for through the website. Please visit the Upcoming Courses page for advertised group course dates. For 1-2-1, evening courses or alternative dates please contact us directly. You can pay using debit/credit card, Apple pay, BACS bank transfer or Klarna.
BACS Bank transfer: You can pay in full or a non-refundable or transferable deposit of £150 with the remaining amount due no later than 14 days before the training date. If your training date is less than 14 days away the full amount is required to secure your place on the course.
Klarna: You can spread the cost of your training into 3 interest-free instalments; automatically charged from your card every 30 days with no interest or fees when you pay on time.
