Payments
You can book your course and pay in full using debit/credit card, Apple pay, BACS bank transfer or Klarna.
BACS Bank transfer: You can pay in full or a non-refundable or transferable deposit of £150 with the remaining amount due no later than 14 days before the training date. If your training date is less than 14 days away the full amount is required to secure your place on the course. Failure to meet the payment deadline will result in the place being automatically cancelled.
Please note we reserve the right to amend course prices or run promotions at any time, without prior notice. The price upon booking is final and no price difference will be refunded in the event of a later course price reduction.

- Chose your course – Simply add your chosen courses to the shopping basket and select ‘Klarna’ when checking out.
- Pay with Klarna – You will be redirected to the Klarna website to either sign up or log into your account to pay.
- Confirmation – Once your payment is successful, Klarna will email you to confirm your payment set-up & we’ll confirm your booking by email within 24 hours.

Refunds
Deposits are strictly non-refundable or transferable.
The remaining amount of a course is refundable with notice of non-attendance to the practical day no less than 14 days before the practical training date. The remaining amount of a course is non-refundable if cancellation is made within 14 days prior to the training day.
Cancellations
If a course is cancelled less than 14 days before the course date all monies are non-refundable.
A course cancelled within the 14 day period, with no less than 7 days before the practical date, is non-refundable but can be transferred to another agreed available date.
Last minute cancellations of courses, 7 days or less notice, are dealt with at the discretion of Beauty Training South West and may results in loss of full course fees.
Students who do not show up on the day of training will be charged 100% of the course price and therefore will strictly not receive any refund or opportunity to transfer to another date.
online theory
All of our courses are intensive short courses which require theory to be completed and passed in full online before the practical training day session. Once your payment has been received you will be signed up and a link will be sent to you from The Beauty Guild allowing you to access your online theory. The theory consists of a number of modules with multiple choice exams at the end.
An enrolment theory fee of £25 is required and payable directly to The Beauty Guild. Please note, package courses mean you are signed up for more than one qualification, so there will be multiple theory to complete and pay for separately. #
If you have any issues with your online theory you must contact The Beauty Guild directly.
package courses
All of our courses are intensive short courses which require theory to be completed and passed in full online before the practical training day session. Course models
Models are required for most of our training courses for the purpose of practice. This is the student’s responsibility to arrange. The practical training session cannot go ahead without a model if needed. The model will also need to book in to have a patch test at least 1 week prior to the practical day, this is also the student’s responsibility to arrange, book and ensure attendance by the model.
Patch tests are required for all eyelash and eyebrow training courses and are completely non-negotiable.
Course day
Students must arrive on time and complete the full day in order to receive their qualification dressed in a smart but casual manner.
Accreditation
All accredited courses are accredited by The Beauty Guild. The Guild of Beauty Therapists is the UK trade body for the professional beauty industry. The Guild also provides expert insurance cover so you are able to obtain your professional public liability insurance through them also. Once passed your certificate will be accessible through your account with them.
Confirmation of booking
Once your payment has been processed you will receive an email within 24 hours to confirm the booking. The confirmation of your booking will include the date you have booked, the time of your course, important information regarding your practical day, location address, parking instructions and the remaining balance to pay if any.
Should a receipt for payment be required, please request this by emailing info@beautytrainingsouthwest.co.uk at the time of booking or within 12 months of completing the training. Beyond this time, receipts cannot be issued.
Minimum student age
We accept all students aged 16 years or over for our face to face training courses.
advanced courses
Our advanced courses have specific entry requirements. Upon booking you must send proof of prior qualification needed to complete the advanced course. Your booking will be cancelled if you cannot provide evidence.
