Molly | Nails by Molly

I’d like to introduce to you, the lovely Molly, proud owner of Nails by Molly Molly came to me as a complete beginner entering the beauty industry looking for a career change. She knew she wanted to work for herself one day and reap the rewards of flexible working hours, having no one to answer to by being her own boss.

She started with The Ultimate Nail Technician course in September 2022, which is a combination of Gel Polish / Builder Gel, E File and Acrylic Nail Extensions, completed over an intense 3 days of training with case studies to be submitted after. This would allow her to offer clients a range of treatments and have something to suit everybody’s needs.

Alongside her full time job, Molly worked extremely hard to build up her client base and perfect her skills with lots of consistency and practice. After just over a year, she was able to leave her job and become self employed, solely working as a nail technician in a gorgeous home salon with her friend!

In April 2024, she decided to expand her skills within the beauty industry and came back to me for an Eyelash Lift and Tint course. It was lovely to see her again, catch up and hear about how well she’s doing! It’s such a nice feeling when past students choose to come back to me! 🫶🏼

This is the advice she would give someone who is thinking about doing a course..

💭 Best thing I ever did, it was very daunting at first, especially being a newbie but I could never of imagined being where I am now when I started. You have to trust the process and keep practising, and your hard work will pay off!! 💫
